4. Proprietary Architectural & Structural Technology
The mechanical configurations, dynamic wing behaviors, variable-geometry keel interfaces, flexible spar framing, and structural rigging systems embodied in our kites—including the Variation series—represent proprietary technical innovations and trade secrets of Sky Bird Kites.
These novel structural mechanisms—specifically including front-mounted flexible bowing spreaders, keel aperture integrations, and passive, load-responsive de-powering wing structures—are proprietary technical developments. Reverse engineering, unauthorized commercial manufacturing, or exploitation of these structural mechanisms is prohibited under state and federal trade secret and unfair competition laws.
